			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Mention a Porsche 911 Twin Turbo S and most men along with a few women will start to drool. Why?  For one a porsche has to be earned, and two, It’s sexy to look at but what is even more important is whats underneath.</p>
<p>The engine. On a porsche it’s in the back. It enables the car to have better handling at higher speeds therefore the engine is pushing the vehicle instead of pulling. Its more effecient.</p>
<p>Our bodies are designed to operate and look like a porsche, maintaining a beautiful shape with the power in the back. Unfortunately in developed countries not only do most of us NOT look like one, we don’t operate like one either.</p>
<p>We pull our bodies forward with the muscles in our shoulders and quads (front of thighs). Aesthetically this leads to a flat butt, rounded shoulders, and a sagging tummy. Mechanically, as this is not how we are suppose to operate it leads to shoulder pain, low back pain and knee pain. If our body’s hurt, we stop moving leading to sluggish, unfocused and sick employees.</p>
<p>How do we become a porsche?</p>
<p>The first step is correcting the starting posture or racing position. We need to tilt the pelvis.</p>
<p>The pelvis tilt is when you tilt the top of your hip bones forward, getting a nice natural arch in your lower back. This will lifts your butt over time giving you a butt that could belong to a porsche.</p>
<p>Try this:<br />
Start seated with both feet resting on the floor slide your hips to the back of the chair<br />
Sit tall with a neutral spine. (There should be a natural arch in your lower back).<br />
Your shoulders will naturally open up and your chin will lift slightly.<br />
Now stand up and repeat this posture.<br />
You may feel some tension in the lower back muscles as they support your spine. There will be no tension in the quads (front of thigh).</p>
<p>In the racing position, performing movements like the squat, lunge, deadlift, and push ups will help activate the posterior chain which includes; the glutes (butt), hamstrings (back of thighs), back extensors. The muscles that make up your engine.</p>
<p>So what do my employess bottoms have to do with my bottom line you ask. Well, if your team is fit and healthy your company will run smoother with focused, reliable and valuable employees that are absent less. Increased productivity and reduced absenteeism.</p>

<p>I know Stacey has been congratulated in almost every newsletter since she started in august, here&#8217;s why&#8230;</p>
<p>Stacey is constantly working on her nutrition, making small changes every week. She works hard during the work outs even if its a struggle.</p>
<p>She comes early and does the exercises I have given her to do on her own.</p>
<p>Recently I suggested to her to take Gluten out of her diet as I suspected it would accelerated her results. Her skin is cleared and her face has really leaned out in one week. Ask her how she felt after trying to introduce gluten back in as a treat on Sunday.</p>

<p>I want to mention Addi as she also works hard in every session. I have seen the changes in Adelines body and other members are noticing and telling her. Every early morning she comes in with a smile and ready to go.</p>
